On the contrary, if the high temperature is set to 250 degrees first, the machine will automatically limit the initial temperature setting range to 200~250 degrees.
Roasting: Slow roasting: Place the objects to be hot stamped, press down the pressure handle, turn on the power switch, and the temperature will start to rise. When the temperature rises to the starting temperature, the buzzer will emit a short beep. Press the execute button once until the buzzer emits a long beep, and then press the execute button again to end the hot stamping. Take out the object, the temperature will gradually return to the starting temperature, and it will be in a state of quick-bake standby.
Quick roast: In the initial temperature state, place the object, press down the pressure handle, and press the execute button once until the buzzer emits a long beep, and then press the execute button again to end the hot stamping. Take out the object, the temperature will gradually return to the starting temperature, and it will be in the state of quick roasting again. At a temperature lower than the starting temperature, pressing the execute button without waiting for the temperature to rise to the starting temperature can complete the entire hot stamping process, except that when the temperature rises past the starting temperature value, there will be no pause and beep. Tips for bad hot stamping patterns:
Light color: The temperature is too low or the pressure is uneven or the time is too short. The pattern is blurred: too long time causes the ink to spread. The pattern surface is dull: the pressure is too high or the temperature is too high. Partially blurred patterns: uneven heat distribution in the hot stamping area. The pattern has scars: the hot stamping time is too long. The color of the pattern is different: uneven pressure or uneven transfer coating of the object. Adhesive paper: The temperature is too high or the transfer coating of the object is poor.
Recommended parameters: Single printing: the initial temperature is set to 230 degrees, the high temperature is set to 330 degrees, and the high temperature baking time is set to 40 seconds. Continuous batch processing: After one printing is completed, adjust the starting temperature to 325 degrees, the high temperature setting is still 330 degrees, and the high temperature baking time is 120 seconds. Press the execute button after the cup is put in. Baking: Wipe the surface of the mug with a flannel, wrap the mug with transfer paper, fix it with high-temperature tape, and place it in the mold cavity of the hot cup machine. Note: The heating pad of the baking cup machine is not afraid of empty burning, but try to avoid baking cups whose height is much lower than the width of the baking coaster.
