The trolley automatically sends the aluminum material into the baking furnace, the baking furnace automatically heats up to 220 degrees and keeps it for 3 minutes, and the trolley automatically exits the baking furnace.

Lithographic heat transfer production process:

1: Use a film cutting machine to cut the thermal transfer paper roll to the required size.

2: Attach the thermal transfer paper film to the surface of the workpiece and place it on the flat thermal printer.

3: Push the plate to the heating zone of the plate heat transfer machine, press the pressure plate switch, the pressure plate will tightly press the heat transfer paper on the workpiece, heat and keep it warm for one minute.

4: Raise the pressure plate, push the workpiece to the segment, remove the transfer film, remove the workpiece and check.

 

Thermal transfer technology is widely used in electrical appliances, daily necessities, building materials and decoration. Due to its corrosion resistance, impact resistance, aging resistance, abrasion resistance, fire resistance, and no color change for 15 years in outdoor use, almost all products use labels made in this way. There are two types of water transfer technology, one is water mark transfer technology, and the other is water coating transfer technology. The former mainly completes the transfer of text and photo patterns, while the latter tends to complete the entire surface of the product. The transfer printing technology uses a water-soluble film that is easily dissolved in water to carry graphics and text. Because the water coating film has excellent tension, it is easy to wrap around the surface of the product to form a graphic layer, and the surface of the product has a completely different appearance like spray paint. Covering transfer technology can cover color patterns on workpieces of any shape, solving the problem of three-dimensional product printing for manufacturers. Water transfer uses water pressure and activator to dissolve and transfer the peeling layer on the water transfer carrier film. The basic process is:

1: Film printing: various patterns are printed on the polymer film;

2: Spray primer: many materials must be coated with a layer of adhesive, such as metal, ceramics, etc., if you want to transfer different patterns, you must use different background colors, such as wood grain basically use brown, coffee, khaki, etc. The stone grain is basically white, etc.;

3: Film extension: let the film lay flat on the water, and wait for the film to stretch and level;

4: Activation: Use a special solvent (activator) to activate the pattern of the transfer film into an ink state;

5: Transfer: Use water pressure to print the activated pattern on the printed object;

6: Washing with water: Wash the remaining impurities of the printed workpiece with water;

7: Drying: Dry the printed workpiece, the temperature depends on the quality and melting point of the material;

8: Spray paint: spray transparent protective paint to protect the surface of the printed object;

9: Drying: Dry the surface of the object after spraying the topcoat.

 

The difference between water transfer and thermal transfer is:

Water transfer printing technology is a kind of printing that uses water pressure to hydrolyze transfer paper and plastic film with color patterns on polymer;
