Requirements for glue in the water transfer printing process: After all the colors are naturally dried, the glue can be prepared. Cover glue is very important, it directly determines the quality of a product, so when covering glue, you should pay more attention to dust and hair falling into the water transfer equipment. It is better to be truly dust-free, otherwise the waste rate will be very high, and at the same time, pay attention to adding less diluent. When applying glue, generally use 80 mesh screen.
When coating the photosensitive adhesive of the water transfer equipment, first scrape twice on the front and back of the screen, put it in an oven with a humidity below 40°, and then coat it twice on the front and back after drying. The photosensitive adhesive is thick One point, the glue is more saturated and the three-dimensional effect is stronger. If the area is large and the object is irregular, the glue is far from thick enough to cover once, and it does not meet the operating requirements at all. When it is attached, it will crack and curl around.
